Here are some of the things I'm doing to stay mentally and physically healthy during this time:

1. Spending time in nature:

Walking, exercising, breathing deeply. Nature is the ultimate healer.

2. Keeping hydrated:

I'm making lots of herbal infusions. My favourite right now is the Skin Clear Blend
To make an infusion I add 2 tablespoons of Skin Clear to 1 litre of spring water and let it sit for up to an hour before drinking.

3. Meditating:
